The time has come for employees to get themselves heard, and at the same time, employers must be all ears to their complaints. The proposed amendments to the Employment Act should be welcomed at all costs, at it generates greater responsibility in employers.
Sexual harassment cases are not unheard of, therefore it is timely that these amendments be given attention by all quarters, including the Malaysian Employers Federation (MEF), who, understandably, voiced out their concern on behalf of the employers.
